Puppy Classes— Beginner
Suitable for puppies younger than 5 months old.
This course is 6 weeks in total, the sessions will be in small groups and will last an hour in an outdoor field - even in the rain! At the end of the term there is a troubleshoot week where we will address any areas of training that you’re still struggling with.
The Puppy course includes general obedience and life exercises that will set your pup off on the right path as they tackle adolescence and then adulthood.
We’ll help you throughout this course to manage any common (or not so common) puppy problems that come up in those first 5 months of dog ownership.
Junior Classes — Follow on
For dogs 5 months and older, this course is a great follow on from the Puppy Class or as a refresher for older dogs.
This course is 6 weeks in total, the sessions will be in small groups and will last an hour in an outdoor field - even in the rain!
This course is great for dogs just starting out, the aim is to give you lots of foundation skills to add into your daily routine in order to get the most from your dog. At the end of the term there is a troubleshoot week where we will address any areas of training that you’re still struggling with.
Leisurely Lead Walking & Recall— Specific
The Leisurely Lead Walking & Recall course is 6 weeks long and, like the other courses, the sessions will be small groups and will last an hour in an outdoor field - even in the rain!
The course starts from the very basics of Leisurely Lead Walking & Recall and works on progressing each week so that if you put in the work you’ll see some wonderful improvements.
As well as building on your Leisurely Lead Walking skills, this course will also improve the engagement and focus that you get from your dog by using lots of fun games to get them choosing YOU!
I often hear that the number one distraction for dogs is other dogs - throughout the course this is something that we’ll work on.
